BRISBANE, March 2. 'Ihe Government will annul the list of 330 commissioners of the peace which was issued in December. The Premier says that he has taken this action as a protest against the way in which the names were placed on the list. Mr Philp declares that Mr Kidston's action in annulling the list of justices is without precedent in England and Australia, and is an unjustifiable in6ult to the gentlemen concerned.
