SOCIALISM IN GERMANY
* LONDON, MaTcb 2. - The Daily Express's Berlin correspondent reports that the Socialists will order a general strike on March 18 on the anniversary of the revolution of 1848. This is intended as a protest against the Government's refusal to reform the Prussian franchise, The Socialists hop* to bring commercial and industrial life to a standstill for a day.
