The Small Landholders (Scotland) B'll has been read a third time by 347 votes to 90. In the House of Lords Lord Camperdown's Scottish Small Landholders Bill was read a second time, despite a remark by the Earl of Crewe (President of the Council) that the bill was an intentional slight on the House of Commons.
