AGITATION AT HAKATARAMEA. 'A 'Wellington man advertised that h» would give away a quarter-acre section of the Dominion Estate to the ni%c iady or, gentleman who would build, thereupon a' six-roomed dwelling. No gentleman offered to take the section, but a fourteen-year-old', lassie induced her father to accept the offer on her behalf, and the kind-owner has acquiesced. '
