LONDON, February 20. Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman's cough is troublesome, but his strength is well maintained.

A bulletin which has been issued" states that Sir H. Campbell-Baixnorman did nob pass a very good night, but he had soms quiet sleep during the morning. A bulletin issued last evening shows that ht had a comfortable day. His strength continues good.
CAPETOWN, February 24. At- the instance of Mr Saver (Min ; ster of Public Works in Cape Colony), the South African party passed a vote of sympathy with Sir H. Campbeil-Banner-man.
