SERIOUS EFFECT ON MILK SUPPLY. ELTHAM, February 11. As an indication of the effect of the continued drought on the milk yield, the Eltham Dairy Company is making 30 boxes less daily than at the same time last year. To date, the company has made 450 tons— 4o tons less than up to the came time last year. The spell of dry weather is said to be the record for the STRATFORD, February 12. . Notwithstanding the fact that no ram has fallen here since the New Year, the Stratford district is standing the dry weather remarkably well, and the r^ok country also has plenty of feed.
