SCOPE OF THE INQUIRY.

MR BISHOP'S COMMISSION.

CIIEISTCHURCH, Febiuary 13,

Mr 11. W. Bishop. S.M.. has receucd from the Governor his appointment as a couumissioner for the purpose of inquiring into and reporting upon the management of Te Oranga Home.

The commission tets forth that the commissioner is to inquire and report a* to:
