NEW YORK, February 12. Signor Caruso, who was fined 14 monthfl ago for annoying a woman in the monkeyhouse in the New York Zoological Gardens, has been vindicated. The woman, who was recently arrested and fined for drunkenness and fighting in New- York, has confessed that it was she who complained to Constable Kane that Caruso had annoyed her in the gardens. She did not appear at the Police Court, and the singer was fined on. the testimony of Constable Kane. Signor Caruso, on hearing that his oW enemy had been fined, exclaimed: " No\i my vindication is complete. "'
