NAPIER, Febiuary 5. A Commission of Inquiry was held to-da^ before Mr W. S. Short, solicitor for th« Roads Department, as to question oj* road maintenance, the road in question being the Eskdale-Pohui road, at preseni maintained by the Hawke's Bay County Council.
