Acceptances for the First Day's Handicaps CLOSE at the Secretary's Office at 10 p.m. WEDNESDAY, 18th March WEIGHTS for the Second Day's Handicaps will be posted it the Secretary's Office about 8 p.m. WEDNESDAY, 25th March. ACCEPTANCES for the Second Day's Handicaps must be in the Secretary's hands by 930 pm. WEDNESDAY. 25th. March. FLAT RACES.— Starting Tapes Used. TROTTING RACES —Starting Clock Used. A Winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b ; or if he deems fit. the handicapper may increase the above penalties Horses handicapped, at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
