We understand that Walmsley, who stands second on the IW\ acting on thft advice of his mftdical adviser, has declined to accept a scholarship, and oonseqiiently it will fall to the eleventh on the list— viz., J. S. R*id. On going into the matter, the board found it wa« in a position to allot one additional scholarship, making 11 instead of 10. and this has been awarded to Eric M. Burnard.
