THE importance of the Kidneys to the health of the human body is manifested by the fact that to them is allotted the duty of filtering from the Blood all poisonous and impure matters, and expelling them from the system through the urinary organs. If therefore they become inactive or clogged, the result is apparent. Impurities, and the decayed matters which are ever being absorbed by the Blood in its flow through the system, are hot extracted, but remain in the Blood, to ferment, fester, and clog the circulation, and produce diseases. It is not alone the aching back and the insipid tired feeling that has to be borne ; it is the constant fear that greater ills will follow. Bright's Disease, Diabetes, Gravel, Gall Stones, Inflammation of the Bladder, Suppression and Retention of the Urine, etc., all result from diseases of the Kidneys. Those who have never been troubled know not the misery and suffering which those afflicted undergo. Coming troubles cast their shadows before them, and invariably Kidney diseases are preceded by marked symptoms. Kidney Complaint and Costiveness Overcome by Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills. Mr. John Christie, Forbury-road, Caversham, Dunedin, accords high praise to Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills. He says :—": — " for many years I was troubled with Kidney Complaint, causing me intense pain in the back, and costiveness. I tried many medicines, but their effect was totally ineffective after the first two or three doses. Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills were, I saw according to an advertisement, recommended for my complaints, so I gave them a trial, and they have had a wonderful effect,-gently and permanently overcoming my costiveness, and relieving the pain in my back. I still take a dose occasionally, and I find they have the same satisfactory result, cleansing the bowels, and toning up the system, and I am glad to state that my Kidney trouble has now S entirely disappeared. My wife also uses your Pills, and cordially recommends them to all women as a splendid medicine."
