ALLEGED SWINDLE

THE CHARGE AGAINST M. LEMOINE. LONDON,. January 31. M. The accused denies that his system is a fraud, and claims that he has demonstrated his discovery. He says he made a contract with Julius Wernher in which it was stipulated that the formula to manufacture diamonds should be deposited in a London bank," to remain there unopened until hisdeath, when it would become Wernher's property. ,^____________
