PENNY POSTAGE.
SYDNEY, January 29. The Federal Minister of Customs believes that the Federal Parliament will pass penny postage next session.
According to a cablegram received in September last the departmental officials strongly oppose the introduction of penny postage owing to the prospective loss of revenue involved.
