New York reports state that Mr Mist (United States Consul at St. Marc) haa been dismissed for alleged complicity i» a Haytian revolution. - - . ' The United States Secret Service "seized a large quantity of arms and ammunition _ and counterfeit money intended for tin ■use of Fir'min, a" Haytian revolutionary leader, and Jiminoz, a San' Domingo revolutionist.
