Lord Ourzon's Baronage of Kidle- , stone did not entitle him to the privilege of sitting, and the Government would not give him a peerage conferring it. The question has been left to the House of Lords as to whether Lord Curzon is entitled to a seat, as, technically, he has failed to establish a right *to vote - at the election of representative peers . far the House of Lords. \ Lord Ashtown has the next highest . list of votes.
