ASHBURTON, January 25. A further area of 3250 acres of Duncan Cameron's well-known Springfield Estate was submited to auction to-day, the result being the sale of 2310 acres at prices ranging from £10 to £22 5s per acre, and a total of £35,082 2s 6d. The average price per acre was £15 3s lOd.
