I THE PORTLAND CASE.
LONDON, January 15. At the instance of a shareholder, and with the consent of all the parties, Mr Justice Neville ordered the compulsory winding-up of the sew Drrjee-Partlaji<£. Company. The petitioner declared thafc the promoters acted bona fide and honestly throughout, and were anxious that the subscribers should be reimbursed fully. Mr F. Smith, for the promoters, said ih.9 latter never suspected that Mr Hollamby Druce did not represent the elder branch of the family. Sir H.
