In the egg-laying competition the week's total was 1795, and the total to data 68,469. The highest for the week are: —> Scott (white Leghorns), 29; Law (white Leghorns), 28; Silcoek,-28. OHRISTCHURCH, January 12. In connection with the Utility Poultry Club's third egg-laying competition at Lincoln College, the number of eggs laid for the week was 839, making a grand total of 35,644 to date.
