PARIS, January 1. *Dr Jean Charcot will in July lead an Antarctic expedition, to Grahamsland. He hopes to -reach Alexandraland, and will proceed thence southward, using moto? sledges. He 'expects the Chamber o? Deputies, to vote 600,000 francs and the .public to subscribe 150,0,00 francs towards tae cost of equipping the expedition.
