LABOUR PARTY IN BRITAIN. LONDON, January 2.
The Executive of the Independent labour party has failed to devise a scheme for bringing the metropolitan labour organisations together into a united' labour party, -owing to the serious differences that exist between the positions taken up.by the leaders of the Labour movement in London and those in the provinces.
