Nominations for the Hurdle, St. Andrew's Trot, Spring, Hunters' Plate, President's, Grandstand, Criterion Stakes, and Tahuna Park Welter Handicaps must be made to the Se'-retary before 9 p.m. on Saturday. November 13fch. Weight? declared on the evening of Tuesday, November 16th. The weights for Hunters', President's, Novel, Grandstand, Criterion Stakes, and Tahuna Park Handicaps will be declared at 4 p.m. on Monday, 29th. Acceptances at 9 p.m. on same evening. Entries for the Maiden Plate, Selling Two-year old Race, Selling Race, and NovelTßace, with Acceptances for Hurdlo, St. Andrew's, Trot, and Spring Handicaps, to be made before 9 p.m. on SATURDAY, November 20th. Siveepstakes' for the St. Andrew's, Spring, President's Criterion, and Taliuna Park Handicaps payable at post halfan-hour before the advertised tima for starting. In Selling Hack Races rule 142 not to apply. All Entries and Acceptances must be in sealed covers, addressed lo the Secretary, Philp's Hotel, Dunedin, and contain entrance money and description and age of horses. The Jockey's colours, those registered excepted, must be stated in the entrance form, under a penalty of 2aovs, which, while unliquidated, will disqualify any horse whose owner or nominator has incurred such a penalty. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must bo worn. Any person neglecting this rule to be fined 2sovs. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to sign in the Secretary's book to that effect at least half-an-hour before the advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, to be imposed by the Stewards, not exceeding 20sovs, to Race Fund. . IN the event of any person entering a protest, the sum of £2 as must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered. This sum to be forfeited to the Funds should the Stewards consider (he protest frivolous or vexatious. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys paid in accordance with this programme, for expenses. All disputes claims, and objections aris'ngoutof the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme shall be final. Entries received only under these conditions. All entries should be made on the Club's Printed Fohms of Entry, whir>h may be obtamed from the Secretaries of ihe Dunedin, Canterbury, Wellington, and Auckland Clubs.
