The two schools are combining for the function, and the varied and interesting programme of songs. recitations, fancy dancing, etc.. to be submitted will be shared equally by each school. Daring the past few weeks the children have bwen practicing hard, and a pleasant and happy erening-is assured all who attend. Action song- will be a feature,, and the second half of the programme will be taken up with the performance of a little musical play, entitled. "Dame Durden." There will also be a number of songs and recitations from adults. It is felt (hat a Xnias is the festival
of the child, an annual gathering iu our midst of patents and children about this time, and at vthieh the children's happiness is given first ""place will be welcomed and supported. Those in charge of the' Sunday School have decided, therefore, to make the experiment, and have engaged the large hall. The price of admission has been kept a» low as possible, and refreshments wdll be provided for all.
