No appearance of defendant. —Fined 5s and costs. Joe Hakaraia (Mr. Atmore) v. ocorg'e Gordon.-—Charge of allowing a horse to wauder. No appearance of defeudaot. —Fined 5s and costs. Joe Hakaraia (Mr. Atmore) v. Pniroraku Rikihana. —Charge of allowing two horses to wander. No appearance of defendant. —Fined 5s and costs. Civil Cases. The following civil cases weue awarded by default: Te Horo Co-Op. Dairy Co. v. George Wells, claim £7 18s Id, and costs; 11. H. Olliver v. Hira Parata, claim £2. 8s and costs. In the judgment summons case, W.F.C.A. V. F. Shaw, claim £3l 9s 9d, defendant was ordered to pay os week, in default one month's imprisonment.
