I To tlie Editor. Sir, —It is to ho liopo'l that when thr Borough Council call tenders for placing rubbish off roads on to proper dumping ground it. Trill include To Ranparalni Road (part golf links) in the clearance scheme. Though this is a county road several cart loads of rubbish from the Borough arc dumped a!e>ug the golf 'links (fence, and whereas Riyerbank Toad is used by only those who have business there with cattle, the road to .the b'each fplast the golf links is a favourite walk and drive, both with Borough residents, and visitors to Otaki. —I am, etc..
