To the Editor. Sir, —Hav I make another appeal to the Carnival Executive and Borough Council, and that is to do something at once re the disposal of funds. How can the ground be possibly improved and prepared for croquet greens, how will our sports' meeting in December get on. how will our cricketers fare.' Summer sports are here, yet our funds for improvement are tied up and nothingdone. —Yours, etc., PKOCRESS.
