MB. JICKELL TO DO THE WORK. At a social meeting- of tlto Otaki Borough Council to-day a. resolution, moved, by Cr. Coekrell. that -Mr. .Tickcll bo asked to prepare a drainage scheme at a remuneration of -l per cent, on the total cost, such cost not to exceed £14,000, was carried.
