j ? I MR. JICKELL WAITS ON COUNCIL. NO FAULT TO FIND WITH SCHEME. A special meeting ot' the Borough j Couneii was held yesterday. Present: Crs. T. O’Rourke (Deputy-Mayor). H. Cockrell. H. Nihuister, H. .l ay lor, 0. Kilsby. P. Rikihana. The DeputyMayor pointed out that the meeting had been called for the purpose of meeting Mr. Jiekell. consulting engineer, who had recently put in a report on the drainage scheme (already published: I'lie Council, said Or. O’Rourke, did not think the report satisfactory as tin. | Council’s Engineer’s scheme vats not supported. ,
