O'Koui'ktj referred to the illm-ss of Mr. Brandon ; .Mayor) and moved a vote of sympathy, at the same time expressing' a wish that he would (.illicitly be restored to good health and thus be enabled to again take his miial place at the head of the table. The motion was seconded by Cr. Kib-by and cat tied unanimously.
