Mr. .!. AY. Hodgson, who has been seriously ill, has made a good recovery. Mr. J. P. Brandon (Mayor) is still indisposed and was unable to prosiue at to-day’s Borough Council meeting. Mr. 1.. R. Hanworth. of Mill Roan, met with an unfortunate accident a few due's ago while at Otaki beach, lie was-walking along when lie tripped over a piece of wire and injured the cartilage of his knee. Mr. Hamvortli is likei.v to I" - incapacitated for some time.
