Iu the Supreme Court :it Palmerston Xorth on Saturday, before His Honour (Mr. Justice Hosking) Mabel Annie \ Sevan, Palmerston Xorth, sought the dissolution of her marriage with Kieliard Bcvan, the grounds for the petition being the alleged three years , desertion of the respondent. Mr.,. Cooper appeared for petitioner. The suit was not defended. Evidence was given by petitioner 1 that she was married in 1900 and there • v :c two children of the marriage.
