I approached two of the Works' Committee and was informed that my tender was too vague. This was a great surprise to me as all the tenders were filled On forms supplied by the Borough Council. I ateo endorsed on a schedule how the figures were arrived at. as on the form supplied by the Council this was required. These two Councillors said they could not understand my figures, although they could state the wastage of water in the pipes coming from the reservoir. Will they kindly explain?— Vours, etc..
