No Acceptance Fee to be paid. -• Competitors must wear usual full athletic costume, consisting of singlet and breeches (elbow to knee). ■j- Competitors when nominating must send in their results of the last two i years ’ performances. 4. All events will be under the Rules |of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association. ! •>. No entry will be accepted unless | accompanied by nomination fees. Id. Competitors must wear a number (to be supplied by the Secretary) corresponding to that opposite their names on the programme. 7. The decision of the .fudges or -fudge shall be final in every eonipetitiou, and they have power to disqualify any competitor.
s. In High .Jump and Broad Jump each competitor “hall be allowed three
(3) tries. The Committee reserve the right
of refusing any entry, making any change in the programme, postponing or abandoning the .Sports if necessary by weather or other circumstances, of which they shall be sole judges. Id. All Events, FIVE competitors or no 2nd Prize. THREE competitors or no event. This Rule will be strictly enforced. 11. All entries must be made on N.Z. A.A.A. Forms. 12. All competitors must be in readiness when called, as the events must come off in the order stated. Any competitor misconducting himself will be excluded from the competition, and if he should have successfully competed he must forfeit the prize. ALL COMPETITORS MUST LEAVE THE BING AFTER EACH EVENT.
13. None but the Officials and Competitors during the events allowed on the course. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
14. Scratching*.-—All competitors not competing in any event must'notifv the Scratching Steward not less than ten minutes be-fors the event. :
13. All competitors must be financial members of their respective Clubs. Id. Ladies events. Competitors need not be members of any Affiliated Club. 17. TUG-OF-WAR. Five men aside, including captain. To be ..pulled on battens. Hip holts are barred. Judges’ decision final Pull five minutes; if no decision, three ieinutetf pull.
