+. Mrs C. U. Williams, who has very ill. is now making slow progress One of tlie oldest settlers of Bunnytiiorpe passed away on Friday morning in the person of Mr J. Jeffries, at linage of 7s year-. He had lived in that district for over -Tt years, having first settled in Napier. The late Mr Jeffries is survived by his widow and seven sons, Henry Arthur and Albert (Tuonui), Lev i i’JV lioro) Samuel (Feilding’i.
