_js hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Counties Act, 1920, and the Cemetries Act, 190 S, and amendments and by every and any other Act enabling it in that behalf the Council of the County of Hutt resolved at a Special Meeting of the Council held on the 13th dny o£ February, 1923, to make by way of Special Order, by-laws for the Pnraparaumu cemetery— The object and purpoiF of the proposed by-laws is:— (1) To regulate the use and manage-

meat of the said Cemetery, (2) To fix the fees for interment, etc. (3) Fixing the penalties for breaches of the said by-laws. A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at'the office of the County of liutt, <SS Lambton Quay, Wellington, and is open to inspection during office hours. AND NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the Council of the Count}of Hutt will be held at the Offices of the Council, 08 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 13th day of March, 1023, at .12 noon, when the resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order. is hereby gi yen that at a special hieefing-of the Hutt County Counci?, held on the 13th day of Febru ary, 1923, the following resolution was passed, namely:— “That in exercise-of the powers vest ed in it by The Counties’ Act, 1920, and the Public Works’ Act, 1908, and by ev cry and any other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Hutt County' Coun cil resolves that the area described ii: the schedule hereunder, shall be on and after confirmation of this resolution by way of a Special Order be a Drainage District within the meaning of tbt aforesaid Acts, and shall be known as the Raumati Drainage District number 3.” SCHEDULE. Starting from a point where the Otar hanga Road junctions with the Main County' road, thence along the said Otai hanga road to the north eastern cornei of section 03.
