iMr Prank Penn, of Cambridge, was among the week-end visitors to Otaki. He returned home to-day. Tlte death occurred on Friday of Mi S. W. Tutiiam, the well-known horsetrainer, aged (id years. Mr and Mrs M. Fisher, well-known residents of Waikunae, leave shortly to take up residence at Devonport, Auckland. Messrs Oluthu Mackenzie and Hector Maequarrie on Friday visited Otaki in connection with the ■Sir Arthur Pearson memorial fund appeal. A public meetjug is being arranged.
