This is a hint to our New Zealand Automobile Club, traffic managers and by-law enactors, and saves time, money, temper and reputation for which many touring and other motorists would be thankful, especially when remembering such incidents as the hold up at the Waitohu bridge, which compelled the use of a long and rough detour.
