v ; THE INQUEST. AN ADJOURNMENT GRANTED. The inquest in connection with the Johnson vjile tragedy was formally opened on Wednesday afternoon be:*.. - Mr Hunt, S.M., coroner. After the evidence of the constable stationed at Johnsonville was heard, and adjourn ment wa- granted by the coroner ; the request of the police. William O'Donnell, "p**l:--- constable, stationed at Johnsonville, stated the the late Herbert Henry Knight «<.. budding contractor and small fanner who had lived in the dLtnct for aboa• two years. The wltnes-: had known deceased for about eighteen month The lad Tubi had been living v/ith Knight for the pv-t six month . having been employed on the farm. No one else lived with him.
