CRICKET.
A meeting of the Railway Club was hold last night, Mr H. Siearancke presiding. It was decided to Improve the cricket ground and hold a practice tomorrow. The finances were reported good, there being £l3 in hand. It was reported that the material, a first cla lot. bad arrived from Auckland. I* wa; agreed to alter the name of the Club to “Rahui.” Tainui team v. Town on the Domain to-morrow: —Rehua, Wallace, Hakaraia (2) Enoka (-). Winterburn (2), Grey (3) and Run-field. Town team:-—Giblin, Twi-t (2), Coloman, Will-. Baker, Keall, Knox. Mead, Kearns McDougall, Ferguson, Takerei.
