Richard James HoopeiCharge of obtaining a pea rifle withots having obtained n permit—Defends!.: pleaded guilty. Constable Brydote said the defendant secured posseesios of the firearm, not being aware of it* Act.—Fined 10s and costs. Alleged Assault. Kaliu Ilori v. Mita Hori.—Charge t assault, there was no appearance cither party, and the case was strt'j out, Clvfl Cases.
