WEDDING BELLS.

1 FITZGERALD—WINDLEY. A quiet, but nevertheless pretty, wedding was solemnised at Wellington on Wednesday, when Mr "Mick" Fitzgerald, for many years a resident of Te Horo, was married to Miss Ivy Windley, also a popular resident, and daughter to Mr T. H. Windley. of Te Horo. The bride was nicely attired in white georgette, embroidered veil, and orange blossoms, and carried a pretty bouquet tied with streamers to match. Miss Eva Windley (sister) was bridesmaid, being attired in Frincess .Mary blue crepe-de-chene, with black hat. She carried a choice bouquet. Mr Vic. Cottle officiated as best man. while the bride was given away by Mr A. E. Mountier. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the residence of Mrs Goer (sister of the bride) when toasts were honored, and a pleasant time spent. The room w;i~ prettily decorated for the occasion. The happy couple were the recipients of numerous presents and congratulatory messages, ; while the bridesmaid received from the I bridegroom a pnetty pearl and aqumai vine pendant. The bride's trevelling costume was of uavy blue, blue hat and set of lovely black fox furs, the gift of the bridegroom, while the bride's gift to the bridegroom was a line solid leather suit ease. The bride's mother wore a black crepede-che hess with j black hat. Mr and Mrs Fitzgerald will ■' take up residence tit Dalefield ( W'aira- ) rapa).
