The Minister of Railways (Mr Oathrie) said he had not heard the com- ! ! plaint before. School children were j carried free on the railways, but they ■ wer<-- not entitles to u.ke luggage with them. ■ Mr Field: Not a pound of bntterl Mr Guthrie: "It does not matter if j it is a pound of butter or a rem of : ' cheese.
