SPECIAL ORB PUBLIC XOTICE is hereby given that at a special Council meeting held on Monday, July 31st, the following resolution was passed:— I THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section (i Subsection (1) of the Local Bodiel'iuame Act, 1021-22, and by The Eo cal Bodies Loans Act,'l9l3, and of all other Acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling (Orders in Council in pursuance of taction 20 of the Finance Act,.1910. and Section 11 of The Finance Act, 1921, having been obtained authorising the Council to borrow) the Otaki Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: 1. THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of two thousand live hun dred pounds (£2500) for the purpose ot repaying the Council's ''Antecedent. Liability'' as defined by The Local Lodies Finance Act, 1021-2:;. a. THAT such loan be called "The Otaki Borough Council Antecedent Lia bility Loan of £2500, 1922."
