To-night's picture programme will be a splendid one, and among the films to be shown will be "The Leather Pushers." which is to hand. Throe men in a 16ft. skiff had an exciting experience in the bay at Sandringham, near Sydney, recently, when a sea leopard was sighted just off shore. The men immediately rushed to their boat, and put out after the monster. For un hour they chased it round the bay, and eventually were close enough to fire at it. Enraged by the bullet, the leopard made savage attacks upon the bout, but the meu managed to get him with another shot. The monster wa hauled -..shore, and on osaminotioji was found to measure 14 feet, lie was spotted black and rod on the stomach. Particulars of the To Horo stock sale ore advertised.
