Judge's Comment.—Mrs Glenuie. line quality voice, good start, refrain taken a little slow, improved, all marks well attended to, and a very good performance Miss Morrison. " Villanelle "is a very difficult solo. Very fair start, good quality voice, upper notes somewhat blatant, she is a pure soprano leggieuo (or soprano lyrieo), enunciation and cadenza fairly good, descend' ing passages a little mi.\ed; a big undertaking to sing this song. Miss stehr, sang in French, very good French, pronunciation, particularly good, very good voice, production fair, introduced mezzo voce at end, very good, upper notes once or twice a little blatant.
