THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of two thousand five hundred pounds (£2500) for the purpose, of repaying the Council's '•Antecedent Liability" as defined by The Local Bodies r'iuanee Act, 1921-22. 2. THAT such loan be "ailed "The Otaki Borough Council Antecedent Lia-< bility Loau of £2500, 1922." 3. THAT the eurruuey of the said loau shall be for a period of twenty (20) year.- commencing on the Ist day of September, and maturing on the Ist day of September. 1942. 4. THAT the interest on the said loan shall be at the rate of *ix pounds (£6) per centum per annum and be payable half-yearly on the )-' day of March and September in each and the payment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be five debentures of five hundred pound-- (£500) eai'h year and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913. •i.
