Sir, —Appearing in your Wednesday'-, issue is reported that an endeavour by Mr Tatum is being made to change the Council's mind in the matter of granting access to my property through his land. To those aware of the position of affairs the chairman comments on the matter where sufficient reply to the request, but to those r.ot wholly conversant with the question a few facts will probably help them to a belter understanding of the position.
