1. THAT the Council proc I to raise c lean of two thousand five hundred pounds (£2-3<»>) tor the pur?o.«e of repaying the Council's '' Antecedent Liability" as defined by Tho Loch! Bodies Finance Act, 1921-22. C. THAT such Io:tn be called "The Otaki Borough Council Antecedent Liability Loan of £23<J<>. 1922." ::. THAT i lie currency of the said loan shall be for a period ->f twenty (20) vears commencing on the Ist day of September, 1922, and maturing on the Ist day ot September. U'42. i.
