Wellington Waterside:.-' Band to Utaki on Sunday afternoon to give a concert. The W&tersider» are the present champions of New Zealand, having attained that proud position at the recent contest in Wellington. Their conic—r career has been a brilliant one. and to gain 3rd the is grade and then the A grade cnaznp.onshjp within brief period is probably unequalled in New Zealand or Australia. It is the bnid's intention to seek honors further aSeld and wnii shortly proceed to Ballarat to compete in the competitions there, which are the largest and most important in Australasia. The Water : eiders are now closely approaching their finest form, and their conceit on .Sunday afternoon should bo somelS:ng quite out of the ordinary. The programme contains a sice variety of / music.
