To the Editor. Sir, —If many like "Subscriber" writes cracking up oar exchange clerks like he did they will have swelled head. Well, my experience has been that some of the lads are alow, and that annoyance is earned by long delays.' However, it may not be their fault, but I do hope onr service will be improved.—l am, etc..
